Founders
"Digital culture drives innovation"
Netexplorateur was founded by Martine Bidegain and Thierry Happe.
Their management experience in human resources and communication led them to create an Observatory of new digital practices. They describe themselves as observers, discoverers and guides seeking to help French businesses evolve their activities and management in response to the digital revolution.
Since the Netexplorateur Observatory and Forum was created in 2008, its founders have enjoyed the valuable support of the French Senate, particularly Chairmen Jacques Valade and Louis de Broissia, now French Ambassador at Large for Asia and Chairman of the Public Interest Group on Digital TV, respectively.
The Netexplorateur Observatory and Forum is under the patronage of the Secretary of State for Forward Planning and the Development of the Digital Economy and the Senate Commission for the Economy, Sustainable Development and Urban & Rural Planning.
